Back up your sittings
Your export includes sitting history, never your audio tracks.

JSON imports merge by sitting ID. Newer edits win; deletions sync as tombstones.
Your audio tracks
Hosted tracks are public website files. Save a hosted track from Sit for offline playback. Tracks added from Files stay on this device.
Hosted MP3 files are public Pages assets. Offline copies and MP3s added from Files are stored on this device. Sittings sync to your private account when online. Logging out removes the server session cookie; local history remains on this phone.
